The processing is carried out to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve the service, based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. 4. Data Processing When Visiting the Website

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits information to the website’s server, which is temporarily stored in log files. This includes, in particular, your IP address, date and time of access, requested resources, referrer URL, browser, and operating system. The processing is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). These data are not merged with other data sources.

5. Contact Form

If you use the contact form, the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) will be processed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract). Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted once your request has been fully answered, unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Google Fonts (Locally Hosted)

For consistent font presentation, this website uses Google Fonts that are locally stored on the server. No connection is made to Google LLC servers, and no personal data are transmitted to Google. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a visually appealing and consistent presentation of the website in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

7. Embedding YouTube Videos

This website embeds videos from YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, using the enhanced privacy mode. A connection to YouTube servers is established only when you actively play a video, at which point YouTube receives information about which page you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube or Google account, YouTube can associate your visit with your profile. You can prevent this by logging out before playing videos.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting online content attractively). More information on Google’s privacy practices can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. If technically necessary cookies are used (e.g. for session or form functions), this is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. You can configure your browser to notify you about cookies and allow them only in individual cases.
